At AE, everything that’s produced is monitored for quality, taste, purity—and your enjoyment. Weekly taste test panels made up of managers from all areas of the company meet to review production samples for flavor and consistency, to make sure that each AE product you buy tastes as good as it did the last time. They compare competitive products, always looking for ways to improve AE’s taste, flavor and quality edge. They brainstorm new flavor ideas and have come up with many one-of-a-kind, unique (and delicious) flavors for yogurts, sour cream dips, ice cream and flavored milks.
