Niacin (Vitamin B3)

Niacin, or Vitamin B3, is needed for proper circulation and healthy skin. Niacin aids in:

  • the functioning of the nervous system
  • the metabolism of carbohydrates
  • the metabolism of fats
  • the metabolism of proteins
  • the production of hydrochloric acid for the digestive system
  • lowering cholesterol
  • improving circulation
