Half and Half

  • AE Half and Half is a 50/50 blend of cream and whole milk making it ideal for cooking and baking.

  • Use AE Half & Half for richer tasting soups and sauces.
  • Make creamier mashed potatoes by warming the desired amount of AE Half & Half in the microwave prior to adding to fully cooked, cubed potatoes.  Mash until smooth.
