Cheesy Chicken & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. AE Cottage Cheese (any variety)
  • 1 10 oz. can premium chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked
  • 1 8 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c. AE Classic (Plain) Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 c. lite mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine all ingredients in a greased 1 1/2 quart ovenproof casserole dish.  Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until mixture is hot and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.  Serve with assorted crackers and pita crisps.
