Fruit Salsa Yogurt Parfaits
Yogurt parfaits that kick it up a notch with sweet and spicy fruit salsa. Healthy breakfast; delicious dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped
- 2 cups fresh peaches or nectarines, finely chopped
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup strawberries, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 cups AE Sweet Cream Whole Milk Yogurt or French Vanilla Bean Lowfat Yogurt
Directions
Mix fruit together and stir in sugar and spices. In four glass dessert dishes or parfait glasses, alternate layers of fruit followed by yogurt. Serve immediately.
