Thiamin (Vitamin B1)

Thiamine is a vitamin also known as Vitamin B1. Thiamin performs a number of important functions in the body.

  • enhances circulation
  • assists in blood formation
  • assists in carbohydrate metabolism
  • assists in the production of hydrochloric acid, important for proper digestion
  • optimizes cognitive activity and brain function
