Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

  • 1 carton AE Whole Milk Yogurt (We like Banana Custard or Sweet Cream)
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup AE Chocolate Milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chopped peanuts (optional)
  • Miniature semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • Chopped banana (optional)



In a bowl combine the yogurt, oats, chocolate milk, peanut butter, vanilla and salt. Divide the mixture between two half-pint-sized mason jars with lids (or plastic containers with lids). Cover the jars and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, stir the oats to blend then top with peanuts, chocolate chips and banana if desired.
