Greens, Berries and Cheese Salad
An easy swap of AE Cottage Cheese for the usual hard cheese topping transforms this salad into a protein packed, hunger satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 1-2 cups fresh salad greens (baby lettuce or baby spinach work well)
- ½ cup AE Cottage Cheese (any variety)
- 1/3 cup sliced fresh strawberries or chopped apple or pear
- 1 tablespoon toasted nuts
- 1-2 tablespoons light Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
Directions
Top washed salad greens with cottage cheese. Sprinkle with fresh fruit and nuts. Drizzle with dressing.
