Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

Shredded chicken, hot sauce, cheese, and AE Buffalo Ranch Sour Cream dip. Rolled in egg roll wrappers and air fried until crispy!

    In a large mixing bowl combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, cheese, and buffalo ranch dip. Stir well to combine.

    Fill each egg roll wrapper with about 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture, fold bottom corner up towards the middle of the wrapper. Tuck both of the sides in and roll once, keeping everything tight. Brush the top two edges with water and roll the egg roll closed*. Repeat with remaining wrappers until all filling has been used.

    Preheat your air fryer using the "air fry" setting, at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Once preheated add the egg rolls in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through. Enjoy immediately with your favorite sauces!
