Make the Crust:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, flour, and salt until a soft dough forms.

Press evenly into the pan.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, until lightly golden. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a saucepan, combine chocolate milk, corn syrup, brown sugar, and butter.

Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and butter melts (about 3 minutes).

Cool for 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon. Slowly whisk in the warm chocolate milk mixture (don’t scramble the eggs!).

Stir in chopped pecans.
