Lite Chicken Alfredo

  • 1 cup AE Milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup AE Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons minced onion
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 8 ounces fettuccini pasta


Bring large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add pasta, cook for 8-10 minutes (or until al dente). Drain and set aside.

In food processor combine: milk, flour, cottage cheese, garlic powder, onions, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into medium saucepan. Stir and cook over medium low heat until smooth and thickened. Add chicken and heat through, stirring. Serve over hot pasta.
