A.E. Dairy Exceeds Customer Expectations

A.E. Dairy announced that all products will be r-bST Free effective February 1, 2008. The r-bST supplement (recombinant bovine somatotropin) is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring protein hormone already present in milk. This supplement is used by some dairy farmers to increase milk production in their herds. While no scientific evidence has shown that r-bST is harmful to people, in response to customer requests we have chosen to use raw milk that is completely r-bST Free. It is very important to us to exceed customer expectations as part of our commitment to our “Ridiculously High Standards.”


Weekly Taste Tests in your Neighborhood Grocery Store

Did you know that you can taste A.E. Dairy products before you buy them? Each week throughout area grocery stores, trained staff members offer samples along with key product information, tips and recipes for new and existing A.E. items. Featured items for February include: A.E. Cottage Cheese, Milks, Orange Juice Fortified with Omega-3 EPA/DHA and yogurts.
