Peanut Butter Pie

Made with AE Whipping Cream, this company worthy Peanut Butter Pie is simply scrumptious.

  • 1-8 oz. package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups AE Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3-4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate graham cracker crust (such as Oreo pie crust)
  • Mini peanut butter cup candies, halved
  • Chocolate Sundae sauce


In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and peanut butter with a mixer. Add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream adding powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until soft peaks form. Fold 1 cup of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until thoroughly combined and spread into chocolate pie crust smoothing the top.

Spread or pipe (using a pastry bag and star tip) remaining whipped cream over the top of the peanut butter layer. Garnish with candies and drizzle with sundae sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
