Chocolate Ganache

AE Heavy Whipping Cream is used to dress up from scratch or package cakes in this recipe for pure chocolate decadence.

  • 1 cup AE Whipping Cream
  • 12 ounces mini semi-sweet chocolate chips


In a medium pan, over medium-high heat, bring whipping cream to a boil. Immediately remove from heat and add semi-sweet chocolate. Do Not Stir.

Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. Cool for 15 minutes and spoon over 9" cake layer.
