Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothies Chocolate, peanut butter and bananas - the perfect trio for an a.m. refuel or late night snack. Makes 2 Servings Ingredients: 1 banana (see tip below for freezing bananas), 1 cup AE Chocolate Milk, 1 6 ounce carton AE Banana Vanilla or Vanilla Yogurt, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 8-10 ice cubes. Instructions: In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Tip: For a milk shake-like consistency, use frozen bananas and omit the ice cubes. To freeze bananas, use ripe, but firm fruit. Place a cookie sheet with peeled whole fruit in the freezer for several hours, or until frozen solid. Store frozen bananas in zip lock bags until ready to use.
