Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 6 oz. low-fat whipped cream cheese
  • 6 oz. AE Unsweetened Whole Milk Yogurt
  • 6 oz. shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
  • 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing and dip mix

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, chicken, 1/2 c. buffalo sauce, 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese and ranch dip mix.  Spread mixture in an 8 x 8 -inch glass baking dish and top with remaining cheese and buffalo sauce.  Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, and serve with fresh veggies, crackers or pita chips.
