Quick & Easy Coleslaw
A simple swap of AE Dip for mayo gives coleslaw some added zip. We love it on pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs and bratwurst!

Ingredients
- 1 bag (14 ounces) coleslaw mix
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup diced bell pepper (any color or a combination of colors)
- 1 carton (8 ounces) AE Hot Jalapeño Mexican Dip or AE Mexican Dip
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Juice of ½ a lime
- Salt to taste
- 1 to 2 tablespoons AE Milk, if needed
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except the milk) in a large mixing bowl until coleslaw is well-coated. Add milk one tablespoon at a time for creaminess if the slaw needs it. Serve immediately or cover and chill until cold.
