Combine the spice mixture in a bowl and set it aside.

Place the chicken tenders into another bowl and add in the yogurt. Pour in half of the spice mixture. Thoroughly mix together the tenders, yogurt and spices, then set aside.

In a shallow plate, pour in the cornflakes. Using the bottom of a cup crush the cornflakes into smaller pieces. Add in the remaining spice mixture and toss to combine.

Gently take the yogurt coated chicken tenders and place them into the cornflake mixture, pressing on both sides until coated.

Grease the air fryer with cooking spray (or use a liner) and lay the chicken tenders in the tray making sure they do not touch.

Cook at 390 degrees for 12 minutes flipping over at around the 6 minute mark. The internal temp of the chicken should be at 165 degrees when done.
