Baked Egg Nog Custard
Bake some love with this creamy custard dessert.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups AE Egg Nog
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Gradually stir in AE Egg Nog and vanilla. Pour into 6 six-ounce custard cups. Set custard cups in shallow pan on oven rack; pour hot water in pan around cups to depth of 1 inch. Bake 40–45 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Remove cups from water; cool and refrigerate several hours before serving.
