Cheeseburger Bites

These Cheeseburger Bites are a fun, easy appetizer that combine crescent roll dough with a flavorful burger filling. Topped with AE Dairy’s sour cream-based dip, they’re ideal for parties and look great on any platter. Serve warm or at room temperature!

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.

    In a skillet cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain the grease and discard. Add in 1/2 of the dill pickle dip to the ground beef, along with the seasonings, stirring to combine.

    Open the crescent roll dough and lay it flat on a cutting board. Cut each triangle in half and start layering into the muffin cups, pressing down into the bottom and up the sides. Use up all the dough to fill the 12 muffin cups.

    Scoop a generous portion of meat into the cups and top with the shredded cheese. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

    Remove from the oven and serve warm topped with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, pickles and more dill pickle sour cream dip.
