Cheesecake Fluff Stuffed Strawberries

These Cheesecake Fluff Stuffed Strawberries are a perfect treat for any occasion. The filling is made from AE Dairy whole milk yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Spoon the mixture into halved strawberries, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, and serve. Easy, delightful, and irresistible!

    To prep the strawberries: Wash and pat dry. Cut off the stem and then slice the strawberry in half. Using a knife core out a small section of the middle. Continue until all are finished and set aside on a platter.

    In a mixing bowl combine the softened cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla extract and honey. Use a whisk to whip it all together until smooth.

    Take a spoon and place a small amount into the core of the strawberry.
