Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothies
Chocolate, peanut butter and bananas – the perfect trio for an a.m. refuel or late night snack.

Ingredients
- 1 banana (see tip below for freezing bananas)
- 1 cup AE Chocolate Milk
- 1 6 ounce carton AE Banana Vanilla or Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 8-10 ice cubes
Directions
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses.
For a milk shake-like consistency, use frozen bananas and omit the ice cubes. To freeze bananas, use ripe, but firm fruit. Place a cookie sheet with peeled whole fruit in the freezer for several hours, or until frozen solid. Store frozen bananas in zip lock bags until ready to use.
