In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Tips: For a milk shake-like consistency, use frozen bananas and omit the ice cubes. To freeze bananas, use ripe, but firm fruit. Place a cookie sheet with peeled whole fruit in the freezer for several hours, or until frozen solid. Store frozen bananas in zip lock bags until ready to use.
