Chocolate Raspberry Yogurt Truffles

Make a double boiler with a small pot containing 1-2 inches of simmering water and a metal bowl on top. Add chocolate pieces and mix until melted. You can also melt dark chocolate in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring in between.

Stir in yogurt, raspberry preserves, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Chill for 1 hour.

Scoop into balls, roll in cocoa powder or crushed raspberries.
