Crispy Nashville Hot Chicken Taquitos

Corn tortillas filled with an easy shredded chicken and AE Dairy Nashville hot sour cream dip mixture, rolled up and baked until crispy.

    In a large mixing bowl combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, sour cream dip, and softened cream cheese. Mix well to combine.

    Warm corn tortillas in the oven or microwave, you want these softened a bit so they do not tear. Fill each tortilla with 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture, don't over fill. Gently roll tortillas, placing them seam side down on a sheet pan. Repeat until all of the filling has been used. Brush each taquito with oil.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Bake taquitos for 12-15 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through. Enjoy immediately with your favorite toppings and extra dip.
