Spray a 5-6 quart crockpot with cooking spray.

In a pot cook the elbow macaroni according to directions, leaving al dente, about 3-4 minutes shy of being done. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place the macaroni in the crock pot.

Add in the cheeses, sour cream, cream cheese, evaporated milk, heavy whipping cream, mayo and seasonings, stirring to combine.

Cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through.

Once it’s ready to serve, switch the crock pot to WARM.
Notes:
*All crockpots cook differently - please be aware of that! When checking halfway through if it seems a bit too thick - add in a splash of milk to keep it moist.
*You can make this in the oven too! Place the mixture into a greased 9x13 pan and bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, again stirring halfway through. Back to Ingredients
