Garlic Lemonade Shrimp Skewers

To a large bowl, add your peeled and deveined shrimp.

Season shrimp with salt and pepper.

Combine lemonade, olive oil, garlic, shallot, and parsley and add to the bowl.

If you like it spicy, add your chili flakes.

Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to marinate.

Skewer shrimp with two skewers to maintain shape.

With your grill on high, or charcoal bright white, add skewers to the grill until shrimp is cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.

Baste with marinade during the cooking process as necessary.
