In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.

In a large sized mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and 3/4 cup of milk.

Add the flour mixture to the milk mixture and whisk to combine. The batter should be like thick pancake batter. If you need to add more milk, add 2 tablespoons at a time to achieve the desired consistency.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow it to sit on the counter for 10 minutes to rest.

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add in 1 teaspoon salt.

Using a colander with large holes or a cheese grater, drop 1/2 cup of batter into the boiling water at a time, using the measuring cup to push the batter through the holes and drop down into the water.

Allow the noodles to boil for 3 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a bowl.

Repeat with remaining batter.

When all the batter has been cooked into noodles, heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the butter to the skillet and allow it to melt.

Add the noodles to the skillet and let it brown (Don’t overcrowd the skillet, you want the noodles to be able to sauté in the butter, you might need to do two or three batches) for 2-3 minutes per side.
