Coat the chicken wings aggressively with your favorite dry rub, making sure they’re evenly covered on all sides.

Preheat your smoker or grill to 350°F.

Place the wings directly on the grates and cook for about 1 hour, or until the wings are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F

While the wings cook, combine the AE Lemonade, honey, lemon zest, garlic, ginger, chili oil (if using), salt, and pepper in a small pot or grill-safe pan. Whisk to combine.

Place the sauce on the smoker or grill while the wings cook to warm through and allow the flavors to meld.

If you'd like a thicker, stickier glaze, simmer the sauce on the stovetop and reduce until it reaches your desired consistency.
