Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

Make a well in the center of the flour and add AE Dairy Buttermilk.

Mix until incorporated but still lumpy.

Fold in berries.

Melt butter in microwave and allow to cool slightly.

Pour butter into a 9x9 or circular cake pan.

Add batter on top of butter and smooth. If you see butter covering the batter, you’re doing it right!

Cut into 9 pieces and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Whisk together powdered sugar and AE Dairy Whole Milk for your glaze.
