In a large bowl mix together the chicken, soup, dip and shredded cheese.

Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into four triangles placing them into the mixing bowl. Then lightly toss the cut-up biscuits with the casserole mixture. Pour it into the baking dish and spread evenly.
