Party Dip Stuffed Pretzel Bites

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Pipe (or dollop) 1-2 inch circles of AE Party Dip on a wax paper lined baking sheet, aim for 16 circles.

Place in a freezer until able to be handled, about 30 minutes.

Open your canned pizza dough and spread into a rectangle.

Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into 16 equal squares.

Fill each square with one of the Party Dip circles and pinch dough shut. You can then roll these into little logs resembling pretzel bites.

Prepare your lye bath by carefully adding 40g lye to 1000g of water. Please wear gloves during this step.

Dip each pretzel bite in a lye bath for 30 seconds before removing onto a wire rack on a baking sheet to drain.

Arrange on a baking sheet and top with pretzel salt.

Bake for 20 minutes or until pretzels are a deep brown color.
