These 3-Ingredient Pizza Bagels are made with a simple dough of self-rising flour, sea salt, and AE Dairy cottage cheese. Top them with marinara, cheese, and pepperoni for a quick and tasty treat that’s perfect for back-to-school lunches or anytime snacking!

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and set aside.

    Pulse the cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth. Transfer it to a mixing bowl.

    Add in the salt and flour to the cottage cheese mixture and stir to combine until a soft dough forms. Lightly flour the counter and turn dough out on to the counter. Gently knead until a soft ball forms.

    Cut the ball of bagel dough into 4 pieces, rolling each piece into a ball.

    Taking a finger, gently poke a hole into the middle of the circle of dough and spin on your finger to separate and make a bagel. You may have to stretch the dough out a little. Place the bagels onto the parchment paper.

    Whisk an egg with the water to make an egg wash. Using a pastry brush, brush each bagel with the egg wash. Then sprinkle each bagel with the Everything But the Bagel seasoning.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

    *TO TURN INTO PIZZA BAGELS: Slice each bagel in half and top with your favorite pizza toppings. Turn the oven to broil and set the baking tray on the top rack for 3-4 minutes (watching closely to make sure they do not burn).
