Snow Topping

Creamy, whipped deliciousness to dress up cakes, cobblers and pies.

  • 1 cup AE Whipping Cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract


Chill a bowl and beaters for 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator. Pour whipping cream and vanilla extract into the chilled bowl and beat with an electric mixer on high, gradually adding the powdered sugar. Beat mixture until soft peaks form. Use to top Egg Nog Bread Pudding, Upside Down French Toast and holiday pies.
