Shred Mozzarella: Pull strips of the mozzarella from the ball and add to bowl. Some can be large, some can be small, this will help with texture!

Pour Cream over mozzarella shreds and stir to combine.

Cover and place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes, until cream has mostly absorbed into cheese and mixture is thick and creamy.

Spread on toasted sourdough and top with garden fresh tomatoes and basil.
