Sun-Dried Tomato Cheese Dip
Sun-dried tomatoes and Asiago cheese team up with AE Garlic Dip for snack-time YUM.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (do not use oil-packed)
- 1 cup water
- 1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Asiago cheese
- 3/4 cup AE Garlic Dip
- 1/4 cup finely sliced green onion
Directions
Soak tomatoes in water for 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
Mix ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) for 3 minutes. Stir every minute.
Keep warm in a fondue pot and serve with pita crisps, french bread slices and assorted fresh veggies.
