  • Substitute AE Buttermilk for liquid in pancake, corn bread and quick bread recipes for added moistness and flavor.
  • Add warmed AE Half & Half (warmed in the microwave) to fully cooked cubed potatoes and make irresistable mashed potatoes.
  • Whip AE Heavy Whipping Cream using a clean chilled bowl and beaters for several minutes until soft peaks form. Gradually add vanilla extract (1-2 teaspoons) and powdered sugar (to taste).
