Mango Lime Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 1 carton (6 ounces) AE Key Lime Pie Yogurt 
  • ¼ cup AE Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 kiwi, peeled, sliced into rounds, divided
  • ¼ cup diced fresh pineapple, divided
  • ¼ cup granola, divided
  • ¼ cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes

The night before serving, put two shallow serving bowls in the freezer to chill. In a blender blend the mango, yogurt, orange juice and lime juice in a blender until smooth (mixture will be thick). Divide the smoothie between the two chilled bowls and top each with some of the kiwi, pineapple, granola and coconut. Serve immediately.
