Party Potatoes

  • 4 baking potatoes, cleaned and pricked
  • 1-8 ounce carton AE Sour Cream Dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese



Bake potatoes at 350 degrees for one hour, or 'til done. Meanwhile, combine dip and cheese.

Remove potatoes from oven, and when cool enough to handle, slice lengthwise. Remove potatoe pulp leaving 1/4 inch shell. Combine potatoe pulp with dip mixture and spoon into potatoe halves. Place two potatoe halves together and wrap tightly in foil.

Place potatoes in crock pot on Low setting for 1-2 hours. Another option is to place potatoes on the grill while meat is being cooked.
