Fluffy Buttermilk 'n Cream Griddle Cakes
AE Buttermilk and Sour Cream give these light and fluffy pancakes a delicious flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 ½ cups AE Buttermilk
- ¾ cup AE Sour Cream
Directions
Sift together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, buttermilk and sour cream.
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients to combine well. Spray a griddle with nonstick cooking spray and use about 1/4 – 1/2 cup batter for each cake. Serve with your favorite syrup or top with AE Yogurt or Yogurt Whipped Cream and fresh fruit.
