Mango Lime Smoothie Bowl
Ditch the straw and grab a spoon instead for this new twist on the ever-popular smoothie! Here a super-thick smoothie is served in a bowl and sprinkled with fruit and crunchy toppers. It makes a refreshing (and gorgeous) dessert too.

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango cubes
- 1 carton (6 ounces) AE Key Lime Pie Yogurt
- ¼ cup AE Orange Juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 kiwi, peeled, sliced into rounds, divided
- ¼ cup diced fresh pineapple, divided
- ¼ cup granola, divided
- ¼ cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions
The night before serving, put two shallow serving bowls in the freezer to chill. In a blender blend the mango, yogurt, orange juice and lime juice in a blender until smooth (mixture will be thick). Divide the smoothie between the two chilled bowls and top each with some of the kiwi, pineapple, granola and coconut. Serve immediately.
