Asian Citrus Vinaigrette

This light, refreshing vinaigrette pairs citrus and tropical juice flavors with classic Asian taste of soy sauce and sesame oil.

  • 1/2 cup AE Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper


Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously.

Makes 1 1/3 cups; serving size is 2 tablespoons
