Creamy Cucumber Salad
Our take on this delicious Turkish dish; featuring a creamy and tangy dressing with AE Whole Milk Yogurt and Sour Cream, lemon, and herbs.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Turkish cucumbers ( 7-8 small cucumbers or 2 English Cucumbers )
3/4 cup AE Dairy Unsweetened Whole Milk Yogurt
1/2 cup AE Dairy Sour Cream
1/8 cup fresh lemon juice, plus more to taste
2 garlic cloves, finely minced or grated
1/4 cup red onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp honey
Dill
Mint
Salt and Pepper
Directions

Slice cucumbers, onion, garlic, dill and mint.

Combine yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, honey and olive oil. Stir until smooth.

In a large bowl combine sliced cucumbers, dill, mint and onions.
