Egg Nog Crepes with Nutella Whipped Cream

In a blender or mixing bowl, combine melted butter, water, egg nog, eggs, and vanilla. Blend or whisk until smooth.

Add flour and blend again until the batter is silky and lump-free.

Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes. This helps relax the gluten and gives you tender crêpes.

Heat a nonstick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat and lightly grease.

Pour about 1/4 cup batter into the pan, swirling immediately to coat the bottom evenly.

Cook 45–60 seconds until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook for another 20–30 seconds.

Add Nutella to a mixing bowl and whip on medium speed for about 30 seconds to loosen.
