Lemonade Fruit Dip

This creamy lemonade fruit dip is a high-protein twist on a classic dessert dip made with whipped cottage cheese, Neufchâtel cheese, and real AE No Added Sugar Lemonade. Perfect for parties, meal prep, or a quick sweet snack!

    Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth and no chunks. If your blender isn’t working, put lemonade in to help.

    Beat Neufchatel cheese until it is smooth with a hand mixer.

    Next, mix in cottage cheese and lemonade if not used above.

    Add powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and salt. Stir well.

    Taste and adjust as needed. Add more lemonade for a brighter flavor, sugar to make it sweeter, or lemon zest for more acid.

    Optional: Fold in whipped topping if using.

    Cover and let sit in the fridge for 30-60 minutes, it will thicken and develop the flavors as it sits.
