Mango Lime Smoothie Bowl

Ditch the straw and grab a spoon instead for this new twist on the ever-popular smoothie! Here a super-thick smoothie is served in a bowl and sprinkled with fruit and crunchy toppers. It makes a refreshing (and gorgeous) dessert too.

    The night before serving, put two shallow serving bowls in the freezer to chill.

    In a blender blend the mango, yogurt, orange juice and lime juice in a blender until smooth (mixture will be thick).
