    In a blender, combine cottage cheese, hot sauce, and garlic. Blend until smooth and transfer to a mixing bowl.

    Add in shredded chicken and cheese. Fold to combine. Serve immediately garnished with green onions or cilantro.

    *This dip can be served hot or cold. If serving warm, transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes - or until warmed through.
