    Preheat oven to 350*

    In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.

    Cream the butter and sugar together using your stand mixer and paddle attachment, or use a bowl and handheld mixer. Beat until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.

    Add egg nog and vanilla to the creamed butter and mix at medium/low speed to incorporate.

    Add egg yolks to this mixture one at a time until fully emulsified.

    Add the flour and mix on low just until no dry flour remains.

    Add toffee pieces (homemade or store bought).

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and roll dough into golf ball sized pieces.
